Includes a 25 lb pair of XMark TEXAS STAR rubber coated Olympic weight plates with a patented design and a XMark CHISEL EZ curl bar with a 28mm grip, a black manganese phosphate coating on the shaft, 4 needle bearings for a smoother, quieter spin, and a 400 lb weight capacity. COLLARS NOT INCLUDED.
