WEIGHT PLATES INCLUDED. The black tactical vest without plates weighs 12 lbs. The workout vest comes with 4 heavy-duty powder-coated 2.5 lbs steel plates, adding more 10 lbs to the tactical vest for men and women. Designed to hold weight plates with a maximum size of 8×10 inches.

BUILD TO LAST. The weighted vest is made of polyethylene material with dust and sweat resistant technology. The running weighted vest has sturdy and long-lasting straps and breathable cushions on the chest to support while providing comfort.

TRAIN LIKE A SOLDIER. The robustly weighted running vest for men can withstand the vigorous training sessions, and simply insert weights to add an extra level of intensity when running, rucking, or doing WODs. Five customized levels for different exercises from 12 lbs up to 22 lbs.

FULLY ADJUSTABLE DESIGN: The shoulder strap, velcro pads and buckles on the waist strap of the weight vest plates can be adjusted to snug fit the body and give you free range of motion while exercising. The velcro pocket keeps the weight plates secure and prevents them from shifting or bouncing.
